NetEase-Fuxi Excavator Robot
AIDriven is collaborating with Netflix Fuxi Lab to develop and implement AI solutions for excavators in Australia, aiming to increase production capacity and reduce operating costs and risks. The Fuxi intelligent excavator has been modified to send control and perception data back to a remote PC in real time, enabling operators to remotely control the excavator from any location and perform automated operations. It allows for the efficient use of one operator to control multiple excavators.
Automation capability
One-click calibration of excavation and unloading points, generate optimal control trajectory, automatically execute excavation actions, and reach specified locations to complete unloading, achieving automatic loading operations.
One-click to level the ground without the need for visual observation, avoiding visual errors.
Set the desired angle, and the excavator automatically adjusts its posture to complete slope repair, realizing precise brushing through automated control.
Select the target excavation point on the client side, and the excavator automatically completes the excavation action without requiring complex manual control.
Safety Protection
360-degree no-dead-angle automatic identification of pedestrian intrusion, the excavator realizes automatic emergency stop to ensure construction safety.
Realize automatic detection of excavator posture. When a rollover warning is issued on the client side, the excavator will automatically stop to provide security guarantee for remote control.
This technology is applicable to various working conditions, such as smart mines and building construction, and helps to ensure construction safety while improving the working environment.
